AVIATOR GLASSES Ver.1.0 (SILVER)

Following the previous release, we received numerous requests such as "I want them in a different color" and "They were so light I left them somewhere." In response, we have produced an additional run of the world's lightest sunglasses, featuring high-quality ZEISS lenses, and their accompanying case, just in time for summer!

This product is not merely light; it is a masterpiece that took three years to develop, aiming to create unprecedented sunglasses that are gentle on the eyes. After repeated prototypes and incorporating the highest-grade lenses, we achieved an astonishingly light weight of only 16g.

The frame material is lightweight and durable titanium, and like last time, it is produced in Sabae, Fukui Prefecture, a world-renowned hub for eyewear manufacturing. In recent years, there has been an increase in "phony made-in-Japan" eyewear, where production takes place overseas, with only the finishing touches done domestically. However, due to special processing, this product is meticulously handcrafted by skilled Japanese artisans, one by one (hence, only a small quantity can be made).

The lenses are high-quality ZEISS sunglass lenses, which Tsuyoshi Takashiro himself favors for his camera lenses. They offer excellent visibility and optical performance, protecting your eyes in all situations, from the dazzling sunlight at filming locations to the strong reflections in urban areas.

The frame shape inherits the classic aviator style, loved through the ages, while being thoroughly miniaturized and ultra-lightweight for modern travelers. We have pursued an exquisite balance that fits any face shape.

Furthermore, the dedicated glasses case, made from the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber "Dyneema® Composite Fabric Hybrid," which was well-received last time, is also included. Its ultra-lightweight and compact design frees you from the stress of carrying it around.

The frame is available in two colors: timeless "SILVER" and sophisticated "MATTE BLACK." Please choose your preferred color to match the scene and your style.

Despite the accelerating global surge in raw material prices, we managed to deliver this time at the same price as before!
